The Vehicle you are viewing is called a Dutton surf. It is a kit I assembled back in 2013. The shell was shipped from England and all additional pieces were sourced in Canada
The vehicle can drive normal on city streets or on the highway at highway speeds.
Built in a full fiberglass hull witch allows it to float easily on water.
